Shipping Information
A flat shipping charge of $51.25 for the first mat and $22 each additional mat applies to all SnapMat orders to locations within the 48 states. These mats are large and ship in one peice. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges[see details below].
All Chair Mats ship from the Manufacturer in Novato, California. Orders are normally processed in 2-3 business days. The map below shows an estimate of shipping time, shown below in business days. To get an estimate of when your order will arrive, add 2-3 business days to the estimates on the map below.
Once your order has been shipped from the factory, you will recieve an e-mail notification and tracking number.
Hawaii and Alaska
Hawaii and Alaska are not part of the special flat rate shipping arrangement that we have set up. Shipping to these locations will be billed according to the actual estimated rates charged by UPS or FedEx. Since these mats are large and ship in one peice, large package surcharges apply and can result in shipping costs of around $90-$100 per mat for locations in Alaska and Hawaii. At this time our shopping cart is not able to correctly calculate the charges to Alaska or Hawaii, which are not part of the flat rate shipping arrangement we have with our freight provider.
