Santa Barbara, CA With the release of a new book from the Weekly World News Bat Boy has been once again thrust into the limelight. The book, in part comprised of articles from the pages of the WWN, and in part new material, showcases the best writing of the staff of this renowned news organization, and much of the best coverage by the WWN involves reporting the on-going story of Bat Boy.

“Bat Boy is an inspiration for us all, but is especially inspirational for those of us in the mutant community,” said Boy Llama, long-time contributor for Generally Awesome.

In an announcement to friends via e-mail, Boy Llama declared his decision to help one of his most revered role models in promoting the new Book called, “Bat Boy Lives!”

“I think that by promoting this book I can help people everywhere by bringing home the simple lessons taught to us by this simple Bat Boy. Lesson like, no matter if you come from wealth or if you come from a cave you can make a difference in the world,” Boy Llama stated in the e-mail.

The announcement was made amid speculation that Boy Llama will again start making public appearances, something which he has not done since apparently his appearance was altered in a farming/industrial accident, the details of which remain sketchy.
