Hawaii & Alaska Shipping Information

Two of our office chair mats qualify for free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. To see the details on these two office chair mats follow the links below:

We are able to offer these models with free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska because these mats roll-up and therefore avoid the oversize charges. Also, these mats are made from bamboo, which is lighter than wood but still has strength and durability on par with wood.

Additional Shipping Charges Apply on All Other Mats! With the exception of the two mats listed above, all chairmat orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be subject to additional shipping charges IN ADDITION to the shipping charges listed in the shopping cart checkout. Currently our cart is set up to handle flat rate shipping and it does not correctly calculate or display the shipping charges to Hawaii or Alaska. We will manually calculate the shipping charges and send them to you via e-mail.

In the event of an order placed with a shipping address of Alaska or Hawaii for any chairmat (except the two models listed above) additional shipping will apply. The base sticker price will remain the same. Any shipping charges included in the order will be applied to the total shipping cost. The customer will recieve an e-mail with the calculations for the total shipping charges. The e-mail will include a link to an invoice that shows the amount of additional shipping due. This number will be determined by taking the total shipping charges calculation and subtracting from it any shipping charges already paid by the customer. The remainder will be the amount of additional shipping charges that the customer will be expected to pay.

Shipping calculations will be based on the published rates for the shipping company used (UPS or FedEx). To estimate your own shipping prior to placing an order you can use the chart below. Keep in mind that to get an accurate freight quote you MUST include the package dimensions in addition to the weight.
